Safety takes priority whenever production, schedule or cost pressure conflicts with safe execution. Every person on a BPS site — employee or subcontractor — has the authority to stop work when a condition could cause injury, illness, property damage, utility damage or harm to the public. No one is retaliated against for using it.
Our work is inspected independently, not self-certified. BPS inspectors verify alignment, depth, attachments, workmanship, testing and restoration before work is concealed or accepted — and the crew performing the work never approves its own production for final acceptance or invoicing.
BPS Interactive gives clients real-time visibility into production, QA/QC, crew activity, as-builts, permits, photos, inventory, spending and invoicing. You should never have to ask us what happened in the field yesterday.

Our approach is inspector-led. Before mobilization we review plans, specifications, unit definitions, permits, schedule and reporting requirements, then hold a kickoff with the project manager, inspector, supervisors and crews to align on construction methods, documentation, safety, restoration and acceptance criteria. During construction, inspections are scheduled, milestone-based and risk-based — with increased oversight for new crews, concealed work, high-risk activities or recurring deficiencies. At closeout, quantities, as-builts, testing, photos, restoration and punch items are verified before anything is submitted for acceptance.
